This book was supposed to collect revenue, but the only thing I had been collected by the person who has been writing very much at ease b / c the recipes were too expensive to correct this girl, and many ingredients that I n have ever heard, and Thanks for cookbooks WADA. Needless to say I will not order anything they broadcast. I gave it to the public library. However, I get good information from the paperback “The new 8-week CHOLESTEROL CURE, by Robert E. Kowalski and the book was a lot less money. I bought it at the same time from Amazon. And the book is still adorn my shelf. LOVE IT. thank you Amazon. Rating: 5.1

I was not very happy with this book very satisfied. The recipes are not ones I would use. The food is not what I eat and the recipes used are complex. If I knew who bought in advance, I would not have this book. Rating: 5.3
