@MitsuCM80 – beautifully said, I used to work with a women who would freak if there was no skim milk in the fridge for her morning coffee … she was obsessed with avoiding fats at all costs … the funny thing was she would make her coffee and with it she’d have a plate of six Oreos … simply incredible!!

    @TheRogueMonk

I stopped eating eggs when I found out that egg producers actually shred and kill male chicks at birth because they don’t carry eggs. Also I found out that these supermarket eggs are too high in Omega 6 as well so instead of eggs I now eat just fish mainly salmon.

i am so sad , i workout and i wonder if i can eat eggs everyday YES ww yolk and i NEVER FIND an answer.

@antibunker: My comment is regards to a FAILED healthcare system.Homeopathy may not be the answer, but neither is complete obedience to doctors who basically have patients take every test under the sun and psychologically instill death and total negative expectations in their “patients”. Healthcare is OWNED by big pharma now, it’s all about corporations & the “bottom line” they don’t give a fuck about people-THAT’s A FACT! Oh, & PLACEBO can actually be a good thing if results are positive

  13. antibunker on August 28th, 2010 11:59 am

@hazor777 Holy crap, got out of bed on the wrong side or something?
I simply pointed out that someone that thinks homeopathy holds water (no pun intended), should be questioned, because a person like that is likely either really very ignorant or else is suffering from a delusion disorder of some sort.

  14. hazor777 on August 28th, 2010 12:44 pm

When I take over a country & become it’s dictator, I want non-thinking,blindly trusting, gullible, sheep oriented IDIOTS like you to comprise of the public.

  15. antibunker on August 28th, 2010 12:50 pm

Why should anyone take anything that psychetruth puts on, when they put on quacks like homeopathy lying “doctors”…

There is NOTHING anyone can conclude from this video. The source is simply not credible.

Many people dont know that cereal companies pushed to have eggs presented as bad for your health several decades ago……says alot when you consider our wonderful FDA & how they have “sold us out” for years…..

  17. hazor777 on August 28th, 2010 1:19 pm

At this point, I wouldn’t trust a fucking thing coming from any govt. agency.people want to know “how” to eat healthy? DUH! Stick to whole foods. If it hasn’t gone through any process to create another type of food, it’s good to eat.Flour, sugar, alcohol, margerine etc… stay away from.Common sense….

  18. TheAirsoftMilitia on August 28th, 2010 2:07 pm

    lol

  19. Kenzofeis on August 28th, 2010 2:14 pm

If “200 milligrams” sounds like a lot, think about it this way: it’s 0,2g of something the body is perfectly able to do something about, and you have like 3-4 kilos of blood to put it in.
People have eaten eggs and meats for tens of thousands of years, and hey, there are still plenty humans on this earth. They even prospered on foods like that.
Be more wary of all the crap that they try to sell you instead, and the degraded products from depleted earth farming..

  20. youlance29 on August 28th, 2010 2:23 pm

i’ve never seen a white organic open range egg only brown. have you?

  21. nutriexpert on August 28th, 2010 3:13 pm

FYI, they are only brown because that is the color of the chicken who laid it. The color has nothing to do with it’s nutritional value.

  22. nutriexpert on August 28th, 2010 3:26 pm

The fact that you made this comment about dietitians shows how little you know. Check out a CCNs education and credentials they are accredited and more advanced than a dietitians.

  23. fkcu on August 28th, 2010 3:28 pm

“Jethro, how do you like your eggs?”

“Oh, I like ‘em just fine.”

“No, Jethro, I mean how do you like them cooked?”

“Oh, I like ‘em even better that way,”
