Book came on time and in very good condition. Many sites have been slightly wrinkled due to what seemed very light water damage, but not a big deal. would order them. Rating: 4 / 5
The book is well written, very clear and very “down to earth”, with clear explanations. What is the diet, it is extremely well balanced but a bit complicated, because the daily volume is different “must” . Rating: 4 / 5
