    This book contains much information. It began as a layman to understand why we need cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol was too much not to our bodies. Mr. Cooper said that the lowest number of ways, LDL-cholesterol without drugs, other than just diet and exercise. I went out with a much better understanding of the cholesterol problem that when I started the book. Rating: 5.4

I think this book is a good reference book for anyone who tries to fight against the inherited high cholesterol and want an alternative to prescription drugs. I lowered 330-220, still high, but oh so much better. Rating: 5.4

    I was really on Mr. Cooper’s ability to take complex technical terms and words and stories that have impressed the information very useful. I want to lower my cholesterol just not a science lesson. I am also pleased to hear, is it a lower number of clinical studies and Drs supporting the use of Benecol my cholesterol – - I do not take the pill! Rating: 5.5
