I just discovered that I high cholesterol and was excited about giving up, eating food I like. But this book has recipes for most of my favorite foods. I bought a few cookbooks other low-cholesterol, but I use most often. There are recipes for everything and they are easy to do. I recommend this book to everyone! Rating: 5 / 5

OMG, are they now tell us that high cholesterol can lead to Alzheimer’s disease. Time to put bad fats and most recent book by Linda. You can not just your waistline, but also your brain! Damn! Linda begins the book with much useful information about your general health. It explains the HDL-cholesterol compared to LDL all questions in a very easy to understand way. I also learned things such as homocysteine and triglycerides. Now I have my doctor pepper with some new questions for my next check up. :) The good news is that low cholesterol does not taste bad. In fact, many “best food,” she mentions in the first chapter are very tasty (honey, nuts, apples, oats). Some of my favorite recipes in this cookbook include: Blueberry-Banana Smoothie (p. 37) – I have a smoothie blender gradually local discounter. Now, my children need almost every day! The vanilla yogurt acts as a sweetener in this recipe, so no sugar is needed. I would buy large bags of frozen fruit at Costco, so I have enough on hand for that. Really great for bevor.Raisin Hot Cinnamon Oatmeal Bread (p. 67) – My kids love this in Red Snapper Morgen.Pistazien bar (p. 137) – I always use nuts as I OnHand for this, and they all worked. It is difficult to keep the pistachios on hand when my husband is! The addition of lemon and orange zest very fresh-Ricotta Omelet Geschmack.Spinat (p. 223) – We love omelets. The ricotta mixture Parm is a great addition. I cheat “and buy the egg whites into the box, so I do not have the eggs themselves trennen.Rucolasalat with marinated mushrooms (p. 228) – Delicious. If you have not tried, arugula , do it! It adds a peppery kick. Thanks Linda, I do not wash mushrooms before! You learn something new every day! Hawaiian pizza (p. 278) – My roommate freshman college has ordered a Canadian Bacon and pineapple pizza. I thought she was crazy. This was my favorite pizza! This demand for a whole wheat pizza crust Linda for debt reduction. And I can not ie, low-fat mozzarella made in the regular operations Rezept.Apple-Date (p. 299) – I love how filo filo / reduces the fat of regular sales usually made with puff pastry, but still tastes. I’m not a big fan of data, so I used currants. Wonderful.Wie Linda still contains a useful glossary of technical terms on the back of the book and links to other useful websites. My copy of this book is already dented. Thank you Linda for another great book! Rating: 5 / 5
