How much cholesterol is in egg whites as opposed to the yolks?

One of my employees told me that he said the same amount of cholesterol in both protein and Eigelb.Ich sound that was not true because the yellow is what makes all the calories, fat and cholesterol in it so I ate a good egg white omelet, like those who regularly yolks contain dagegen.Oder I? Who is right?

No cholesterol or fat in the white, very few calories. But there is protein.

Your coworker is an idiot. There is zero cholesterol in the white.

But the yolk has good stuff, too, like iron and omega fatty acids, so don’t skip it all the time.
