Helped found the diet to lower cholesterol, when I put three arteries blocked and can not have bypass surgery Rating: 5.5
I found the “Dummies” books are read and 98% to 2% of tips. I’m busy and do not have time to share any information about cholesterol and discover how the body processes them too. Yes, I learned some things. The house tortilla chips recipe was good, but neglected to say how long the book, these chips can store in your pantry. Some of the recipes were not known and if the book has been sitting on the shelf in my kitchen instead of serving. Rating: 5.4
If you love to cook, is not so bad. . . If you can eat information on foods we eat or not with cholesterol, so it would work for you. The recipes seem fairly easy to prepare with ingredients easy to find, but as someone who can not love cookbooks, I do not use it much. We bought it mainly for information on what is healthy and what is not really what this book before. We found this aspect of the book is invaluable. For this reason, I give it 4 stars, but whether to buy the right foods, even if you did not follow recipes to the letter, has helped enormously. Rating: 5.4
Maybe he needs to be two editions of this book. It’s more for the gourmet cook enough food marts, and try to visit exotic recipes like it. I’m the guy who did not feel like cooking very much and wants out of the reach of the grocery store in 15 minutes flat. I’m with some frozen vegetables in the microwave or a potato head with a fine store-bought salsa, and I’m looking for instructions if I want to do hard boiled eggs. I want to use a few quick, easy recipes, ingredients daily. Those who are in this book attractive and troubling to me. Rating: 5.2
I am not a cook, and I’m a nut health. This book gives an overview of depth and allows for healthier cooking very simply. Rating: 5.4
