Other studies have shown a link between cholesterol and Alzheimer&#8217;s disease. And the media have warned for years to reduce our consumption of cholesterol known as high cholesterol leads to hardening of the arteries. But what is cholesterol and why it&#8217;s even our body?&#13;Cholesterol is a soft, wax, fatty substance which is produced by the body. It is in every cell of their own, and may in all parts of the body, including skin, blood vessels, muscles are, and so on. Since your body creates an active cholesterol, presumably cholesterol in your body is not necessarily bad. In fact, we could not eliminate all the cholesterol in your body, if they tried.&#13;Cholesterol is important to the body. Cells use cholesterol as a building block in the creation of its protective membrane. Studies that &#8220;given good&#8221; HDL cholesterol protects against heart disease and stroke, even if &#8220;bad&#8221; LDL cholesterol level. good cholesterol helps prevent dangerous blood clots separatist &#8211; that can be caused by sitting in an uncomfortable position for too long. I looked at the egg cartons and she said one egg contains 79% of the daily value of cholesterol. This means that I exceed the recommended amount of cholesterol in my first meal! I wonder, two eggs, five days a week bad? Should I quit? The people that I am young and I do not want to talk about my cholesterol at that age not worry if yes, when will I say?</p>

How many tests are available and what is for me the best results?&#13;Unlike health tests, cholesterol test does not diagnose disease. Instead, it shows the risks of heart disease. Cholesterol testing is considered necessary in health care for old people over 20 years. The test should be repeated every five years for people in good health.&#13;cholesterol test is called with HDL, LDL and triglycerides, lipoprotein profile testing.&#13;Cholesterol test done several times a year for people who follow a prescribed diet and for those with anti-cholesterol.&#13;Usually blood samples taken from the arm. Sometimes blood samples are taken from the fingertip. The samples are analyzed by a cholesterol testing device.
