This is probably the health book informative I have ever read. Sherry Rodgers provides everything she wrote. He is so full of information that I continue to reread. I read other books by Rodgers, but he excels in this book. Rating: 5.5
This was an excellent book. All Sherry Rogers books are written for the layman to understand easily. She has so much knowledge on the human body and what it can, without toxic drugs function. I think all his books should be required reading for anyone interested in optimal health. Rating: 5.5
