I am a firefighter and I met not a single firefighter vegetarians. This is ridiculous. No firefighter decent show to ever fire department and tell their colleagues that it is always a vegetarian. Yes, this diet you lose weight. You can not help but lose weight if you eat no meat. Stop the stupidity! Rating: 5.1

I suppose, is to follow the sharpness of the Amazon, but where’s the book? I paid more for shipping than for the book. Have you written your customer service has received a response, like saying “just wait and recall in a month to start.” Not too big! Rating: 5.1

I thought this book would be my husband Interent firefighter, but he is an avid reader and has not even opened! I will read and tryto collect some tips for my husband’s fitness and good health! Rating: 5.2

Hate to disagree with others. I saw the author on CBS Sunday and bought the book immediately. I think the food is good but a little austere for most people. What I cut the front pages of all the attributes of the sport was, etc. Each person must establish a book written during his credentials, but it sounded like bragging to me. Rating: 5.2

Warning – the author thinks he knows what causes breast cancer. Surely there is no soy, but the American Cancer Society and the Journal of Clinical Oncology (and all well-known specialists in oncology) are not so sure. The studies are conducted. Cancer is the set of risks, there is no cure, but you can avoid a reasonable risk until conclusive evidence for or against. As a breast cancer patient, I say, beware. Get protein nuts and beans, but not soybeans. Rating: 5.1
