Other treatments that may be used if your doctor needs to have unhealthy cholesterol levels, certain medications called “statins” that the speed at which your body produces will control cholesterol. These drugs increase HDL and reduce LDL cholesterol bad. See above, what we called the good cholesterol and bad.
Watch your diet and nutrition
Choose healthy fats such as olive oil, avocados, peanut butter, unsalted nuts and fish oils. Try and consumption of salt, polyunsaturated fatty acids, sunflower oils, soft margarines and salad dressings like mayonnaise. (Some new soft margarines low in cholesterol is on the market that is completely safe, but nowadays use available).
Caution should be avoided, particularly food animals too much fat in meat, you eat fewer eggs, cheese, fatty meats, butter and ice cream, and of course taking food. Of course, you can eat all the foregoing, as long as you’re sensitive about it. Everyone says eat more fiber, and now with this view, there should be a matter of course.
